the people you meet,
The ones you know and love.
The friends you keep,
the enemies you make,
The ones you fear.

The grudge you keep,
the promise you make,
All that you've let go.
The war you make,
within yourself,
The one that you should know.

The peace you find,
inside our minds,
The thing you care to share.
The hopes you hold,
so dear to you,
Yet so difficult to bear.

My friend,
I have lived your life,
And yet I have no proof.
The life you live,
